The Envisioning Kit

The envisioning kit was a design thinking exercise that I created and tested with several focus groups. This project was the result of my senior thesis. I came up with a brainstorming exercise that could be used by non-designers to come up with out of the box solutions to problems that they were facing. The kit asks participants to grab a random object and assign it values then the user follows a few other brainstorming exercises before coming up with a potential solution. The concept was developed as a way to allow non-creatives to be creative and feel comfortable coming up with new types of ideas or approaches to solving a problem.
