Nissan Assist was in need of a website update during my time working at ICON Interactive.

I was the assigned design lead on this project which involved working closely with a project manager, creative director, and developer.

Lessons Learned:


The purpose for the Nissan Assist website is to inform customers of any product recalls that the company might be experiencing. This means that customers are typically frustrated or concerned prior to visiting this website. The user story was very beneficial in understanding what type of empathy was necessary during this build. The customers main concern was to find the information as quickly as possible while remaining true to the existing Nissan identity.
